Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at staging-argusau.wpcharged.nz.

If your goods are defective and you want to return them, please contact us immediately via email info@argus.co.nz. We don’t accept returns without prior approval. All Goods remain the property of Argus NZ Ltd until invoice is paid in full.

1.   Goods returned

These provisions apply if you return any Goods to us for any reason:

1.1.     We do not accept returns unless there was a defect in the Goods at the time of purchase, or we have agreed in correspondence that you may return them.

1.2.     Before you return the Goods to us, please carefully re-read the instructions and check that you have assembled it correctly and complied with any provisions if applicable.

1.3.     The Goods must be returned to us as soon as any defect is discovered and no later than 14 days after receipt to the following address:

Onehunga, Auckland 1061 1.4.     Goods should be returned:

1.4.1      with both Goods and all packaging as far as possible in their original condition;

1.4.2   securely wrapped; 1.4.3     including our delivery slip,

1.4.4     at your risk and cost.

1.5.     Please note that we cannot deal with your complaint unless you return the entire product/products (Goods) that you bought, including all components/parts and in the original packaging.

1.6.     In returning faulty Goods please enclose with it a detailed note clearly stating the fault and when it arises or arose.

1.7.     Most of the Goods are covered by the manufacturer’s guarantee for a minimum of 12 months.

1.8.     If delivery was made to a New Zealand address, you are also protected by the Fair Trading Act and the Consumer Guarantees Act.

1.9.     If we agree that the Goods are faulty, we will:

1.9.1     refund the cost of return carriage;

1.9.2     repair or replace the Goods as we choose.

2.  Refunds

2.1.     Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

2.2.     If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

2.3.     You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
