The JWE DM 82 is an efficient two-roll dehairing machine that processes up to 200 pigs per hour. Built with a durable steel construction and stainless steel body, it operates automatically, ensuring seamless performance. The machine features a closed ejection flap that separates the dirty and clean areas for improved hygiene. The dehairing rolls include a 700mm roll equipped with JWE dehairing rubber beaters with special metal elements and a 400mm roll with slightly bent JWE dehairing beaters. Additionally, the machine has retainer ribs to accommodate pigs weighing over 25kg.
Optional features include a singeing with 12 gas burners, compatible with natural gas and propane gas, and a bristle conveyor that automatically transports bristles and claws in combination with two-roll dehairing machines.
