F.Dick Master Steel Polish

With polished rods for straightening and smoothing the cutting edge. Fast and safe to use as a hand-held unit or in a holder. Protection rods guide the knife safely and perfectly into the grinding unit and achieve an additional polishing effect without damaging the cutting edge of the knife during the drawing motions. The protective plates prevent pieces of plastic getting into the meat.

To Use:

• Hold the device with your less-dominant hand, by holding the handle at the base of the unit. (note: table mount is available)
• Hold the knife with your dominant hand and guide the blade through the center slot of the device from handle to tip.
• Repeat this action several times while applying light pressure. Made in Germany.
